It is better to be careful from this kind of exchange.
BitTok Exchange has not yet scammed the user, the platform is still active and admins in their telegram group are still answering questions. But in a timely manner, I don't think a mobile-centric platform with low currency support and low daily trading volume should be used.
However, BitTok provides applications for both Android and iOS, I did not download it, because if you do a little research, you will see that there are users who deposited funds 3 months ago, but today it has not been added to the account and those users are still complaining, and their telegram admin is just saying that you should contact our customer support (who do not reply).
Also the ether gas fee is currently on the rise, each exchange has increased the ether withdrawal fee, but the photo I added shows that the BitTok exchange is charging only 0.005 for the ether withdrawal, which seems suspicious to me.
I don't think there is any benefit in using BitTok Exchange without risk, so I would recommend to everyone that it is better to refrain from using it. Although you can use it at your own risk because the company has not yet fled.
