Easy to use
I used both the CEX website and the Android app to buy some cryptocurrencies. It allowed me to buy and transfer my coins to an external wallet. It has most of the services that other platforms offer, such as Staking, Loans, and Margin trading.
The first time I used it, I felt lost, but I was able to discover the basic features and operations involved in acquiring a cryptocurrency and then send them to a wallet. I have not had a problem at all with CEX related to buying, withdrawing, and cashing out. The platform accepts a lot of different fiat currencies. This makes it useful for people from many different countries.

Cons
- Fees can be a bit high
- Cannot buy below the minimum purchase either for fiat or cryptocurrency.
