Very little information about ChaoEx, it passes itself as a scam exchange

ChaoEx exchange is another cryptocurrency exchange launched in 2017 and registered in HongKong. The exchange has a bad trading interface most especially the trading view it displays, i somewhat wasn't comfortable with the trading fee in the sun car that it was clumpy anf clustered. The exchange offers very nice fee structure when it comes to trading, for every transaction you make or for every of your order that is filled, ChaoEx charges a fee o of 0.1% flat fee for makers and takers. The main problem on the fee structure is the withdrawal fees, the exchange actually had one of the highest fees i have come across, a fee of 0.005 BTC is charged for every BTC withdrawn. There's actually very little to write about ChaoEx exchange as the information about the exchange itself is limited.
