The website looks very nice to me very simple to look and easy to understand everyone can use even who never use exchange. When i deposited the ether very quickly it was confirmed that's why I can say it works very quickly. After seeing all the fees I can say their fees are not very much.

After a long time I logged into DragonEx exchange the reason was to know about their current situation, What kind of service are they serving right now.
I started from the beginning, why I gave DragonEx 3 star!
First of all , my account was registered with the mobile number not email, The OTP they send when logging in, the code was not coming on my phone, finally It came after 3 attempts, this may not be a big problem, but I was irritated.
Secondly and one of the annoying problems is that the website was taking too long to respond, at first I thought there was a problem with my internet connection but no everything was going well without DragonEx.
I haven't done any new trade so I can't say anything about that, However, there are some changes to the fee, Fees are reduced with transaction amount increase.
I'm not saying you don't trade there. This is a good exchange, but it will be better to use it if they make some improvements. Frankly, I can't trust any exchange right now because many reputable exchanges are being hacked nowadays. So do your own research when transferring funds.

Finally I came to the conclusion.
DragonEX has been having internal problems for some time, currently the exchange has lost its reputation, because at DragonEX you can't deposit or withdraw any currency right now. No announcement has been made about why the deposit / withdrawal is closed, and when the exchange will be operational again.
When I send a request to their support email about this issue, they do not reply and even the telegram admins are not answering any question. Although the withdrawal of some tokens and coins looks enabled, but the withdrawal limit I had is full even though I did not make any withdrawal.
Overall, Looking at the behavior of the team it seems that the exchange will close although I'm not sure, but the current situation says so.
Pros
- The best thing about Dragonex website is the lottery, this option is the one that I like most and DK super lotto through all these things they give customers reward, also in information tab i can read news they update everyday this tab.
Cons
- Too many complain for customer support issues, but i don't think so because they have good customer support team and they respond as soon as possible. Everyone complain maybe because they have huge number of member in the line.
