HB . TOP charges you a flat rate of 0.20% as a taker or a maker for trading fees and it charges 0.0005btc as withdrawal fees, the fees are both below the industry's average and quiet competitive.
HB .TOP does not accept no other means of deposit except crypto and it means it doesn't allow new investors and if you as a new investor wants to trade with HB . TOP you will have to purchase crypto from another exchange and deposit in it to start trading.
In conclusion I submit that the exchange is no more in existence as the link to its website gives an error report that it can't be reached.
