Although there has been a rumour of the HitBTC being a scam, but I still think it's not. Reasons for this claim is the fact that the founding company: Hit Solutions LTD, has been dissolved in the year 2017, leaving it untrusted by users, the platform also lacks insurance and has experiencend a hack of BTER and Excoin exchanges in the year 2015. Although the company has denied it, it still remains. For the fees, the exchange platform charges a trading fee of 0.1% and 0.2% for makers and takers, which happens to be really competitive
