Kipu World Exchange is one exchange which I haven't understood up till now. The exchange seems to have been hacked or the domain of the website has been sold out, whenever I load the website all usee is a drug counselling list and some other non related content. This exchange should be marked read. It seems like the exchange was an unsuccessful project, though there is no known information about the location of the exchange's server or the number if cryptocurrencies supported as well as the trading fees.
After noticing an exchange with questionable features like this, I am therefore flagging the exchange as RED!!!
