Kucoin also provide a feature of purchasing cryptocurrency by credit/debit card instantly into your kucoin account. Kucoin trading fees is 0.1% and that is competitively low. Kucoin has its exchange cryptocurrency that is Kucoin Shares ( KCS ). Kucoin provides best features and offers to KCS holders.
Kucoin recently launches Its IEO platform which name is Kucoin Spotlight, where projects can apply for raising funds and instantly listing on Kucoin. and Kucoin selects best projects from them and announce for spotlight and currently almost all projects gives huge returns to investor. If you want to participate in IEO then you need to hold KCS and id verification completed.
Kucoin withdrawals fees is also very low and withdrawals of any coins are instant. Kucoin exchange trading interface is great, smooth and easy to use.

- Kucoin adopts/listes best projects fastly. so, there is huge collection of various cryptocurrencies.
Cons
- Kucoin exchange support is not highly active and it responses very slowely than other exchanges.
- Kucoin exchange does not support Fiat currency deposits and withdrawals.
- Kucoin website sometime not works perfectly, when there is huge traffic on website.

If I talk to their customer service, I had a problem with KYC that they solved in just 5 minutes. I don't think their customer service is lacking.
