Review on KuCoin by Ella Bass

1 out of 4 HODLers use KuCoin. Why is that?



The scale of the operation obviously plays its part. It is a major exchange with hundreds of listed assets and a high trading volume. That is important, no doubts about it.



However, I think there is an even more important reason for KuCoin’s success - great user experience. While using this exchange I always felt comfortable and relaxed. I was not confused or overwhelmed, despite the many options and choices. And I think being comfortable is important, especially when it comes to money.



I would also like to compliment the support team - very patient and fast. The team is also very transparent. They admit if they encounter any issues and explain what is wrong and when they expect it to be fixed (see screenshot for an example).
