Livecoin is a controversial exchange because of uncertainty that surround its team and location. Though established in 2013 and since then it has been functioning very well but nothing or little can be said about those behind it or where the exchange is located.
Livecoin make deposit of funds easier as one can deposit both fiat and cryptos. There are various gateway through which one can deposit fiat currencies like PAYEER, Perfectmoney, Advcash etc, but it doesn't accept credit card for deposit but if one want to withdraw to mastercard or visa card it is acceptable. The transaction fee is 0.18 percent but this decreases as volume of trade per month increases. The withdrawal fee vary according to the currencies and the means of withdrawing them.
The exchange doesn't ask for any personal information from their users. And there are various security systems put in place for both the security of users fund and the website security as well.
The support from customer support department is not fine because it takes too much time before they use to respond.
In brief though the exchange is good but the fact that not much is known about the team is a red flag, so anyone that want to use it should do so with caution.
