Another issue on Okex exchange is the issue of KYC and the documents involved. I had to submit my details and docs a couple of times before I could be fully approved. I know its for my own security but alteast they should make it user friendly in order not to turn investors or potential investors off.
Pros
- Withdrawal proces was very sleek and direct. I have used numerous exchanges and none compares to Okex when it comes to withdrawal of funds because it processes on time.
Cons
- I had difficulties while registering on Okex due to not receiving the confirmation email on time. Frankly, this stressed me out and I would ask them to look for a way to rectify this issue before it turns new users head and make them look for alternatives.
