An interesting crypto player to the market

Well, I'll try to be short. But I'm afraid it'll be a little difficult :)

But I'd like to share my experience of interacting with this exchange. I had such an unpleasant situation when I mistakenly send my tokens to ETH address. It was my fault, so I contacted the P2PB2B support team and explained my situation. At first, they gave me their usual reply like "We're processing your request. Please, wait". And it made me think that they couldn't help with that. But after a while, I receive a reply from them. They said that they took my tokens from the address where they were sent, and added them to my balance. That was great! I'm really glad that I chose this exchange.

Moreover, they have a very convenient and easy to navigate website. Trading there is a real pleasure for me. The only thing I don't like about them is that there have been a lot of maintenances recently. I understand that P2PB2B tries to improve its exchange and fix any bugs and errors immediately. But unfortunately, I'm not that patient gentleman.

So, to sum up, I can say that P2PB2B is the exchange where you can trade easily thanks to its interface and convenient navigation. And despite all of the maintenances that only stop all trading activities, it's clear that the company cares about its customers. And it's great, IMO.
