Poloniex exchange is a reliable exchange that supports all types of trading. Most of the time I like to do margin trading and poloniex supports this trading type.
The support chat section is a good section in this exchange that I have not seen in other exchange offices. Most exchanges allow sending tickets to support and online chat is not possible in them.
The exchange rates fees based on the trader's monthly trading volume, which means that people with large trading volumes pay much lower fees. From this point of view, it is suitable for scalp traders because they have a high trading volume.

Pros
- Reduction of fees if the volume of the trader's monthly transactions is high
- Margin trading support (this is my favorite type of trade)
- Ability to contact support via online chat
Cons
- i have no idea about poloniex disadvantage
