Exchange support has consistently put question mark on way they deal with local deposits and withdrawls. Time taken in solving withdrawls is way too hard to understand. No Instant Chat feature left me to change my idea to looking for better alternatives. Too higher spreads on some tokens and consistenly suspending deposits and withdrawls of alts does not help users to trust the exchange as they usually does. My experience and opinion has changed massively as I had multiple issues in past few days regarding trading and local withdrawls. Use with Caution and check back the volume and spreads before trading
