For the fact that one have the chance to do whatsoever he or she wants doesn't mean he or she should do that. So many people happen to misuse the opportunity they have in the sense that due to the fact that there are no laws guiding what they do, they tend to do what they shouldn't do.
The Zapple exchange platform is another exchange platform that happens to have disappointed me in a whole lots of ways. First it was for the fact that the exchange platform stopped functioning without any dissemination of information. And then they went further to delete their website and social media accounts so as to hide any proof of existence.
