These grips were easy to install. Complete kit. When I stripped the old grips from my clubs the existing grip tape was still in decent shape so I used the blowgun method to install these new ones. Regripped the whole set in about 20 minutes. Although these grips are good quality and comfortable, they are fatter than standard grips I have used in the past. Idk if the cups I got are defective or what but mine are definitely not leak proof like all these reviews say. They leak from the air vent, a lot(not the straw but the vent next to the straw). Idk about you but my toddler doesn't keep his cup straight up and down at all times. The straw also has never once stayed in the closed position, it just pops right back up no matter what we do, even tried adding paper towel like the one review and that didn't work. Decided to buy it and not improvise something after I slipped off the truck backwards one night out in the shop. Very stable and hardly any flex even when I'm hanging far out off the front of it. I can easily work twice as long in a session without being crippled afterward. I drilled extra height adjustment holes in the side rails and added better non-slip strips from the hardware store. The material is not near as heavy as the pictures would have you believe nor are there any double seams, they are all single sewn seams. Maybe the pictures are correct for the heavier sets, but not for the 24-26" set. See my pic of what I received. I bought two CQR EDC pants from this same link, only difference was the color. One set (the OD Green set), comes with the left-left phone/magazine picket being sideways, at maybe a 15 degree angle up. The other set (tan/coyote/whatever) comes without those internal pockets, but instead a more vertical slot there.
