AT T T Model Black 12Foot Handset Cord Review

I bought this knowing it wasn't 12ft based on other reviews as I needed something smaller. From plug to plug, the cable is twisted 25 inches long. I can roll off the table and recline in my chair up to 4 feet without the phone stretching or moving noticeably. The sound quality is good and it fits my phone securely. I need an old cable. Replace and it's much better but leave two stars as this product is not listed accurately.

Very disappointed. I didn't think they were already making phones like this, and they shouldn't be either. The phone is difficult to dial in as the buttons are very small and black and the small notches on the small black buttons are a medium matte grey. The backlit keyboard is what I expected given the keys are on the handset. This is the main feature that buyers are allowed to take for granted, IMO. My order was shipped by a third party company called HARVARD MARINE. The cable is described as 12 feet long. The fully folded length is 18 inches. The seller claims it will be 12 feet long when fully deployed, but that's not true. The handset cord that came with your phone is 12 inches long when fully coiled and 6 feet long when fully unwound.
