Description of 🌬️ Awoco 36" FM-1209T Indoor Air Curtain: Powerful & Quiet with Remote Control and Magnetic Switch, Lightweight & CE Certified

A HI/LO/OFF switch and Remote Control to select High/Low speed. 110V-120V 60Hz. 140W Max, 90W Min, less power consumption than other industrial air curtains. Useful but noisy in a split system

This air curtain was fairly easy to install. It will really depend on your permission. The airflow is powerful enough to keep most mosquitoes and flies away. Airflow gets weak at the front door, so it's not ideal. Quite noisy but bearable when the door opens and closes quickly.

Invisible air curtain.

My pets love to roam freely between the outdoor patio and the air conditioned home. I've heard of air curtains in the past but wasn't aware they were available for the home. I searched for Revain and I am very satisfied with this device. I chose this model because of the wireless remote controls and magnetic door switch. It is relatively quiet with 2 speeds and keeps the air in the house cool.

No more flying! suitable for air conditioning

my dogs like to go in and out and the flies keep coming back. Not exactly quiet, but reasonable decimal. Let me get up and close the door. Easy to install and fits perfectly in my limited space. Don't understand why it only had a 4ft power cord when it sits over a 7" door that requires an extension cord to plug in lol. Definitely ended my fly situation. I'm glad I bought it. If they ever figured out how to reduce fan noise that would be great.

Pros
  • ideal for a small house
Cons
  • almost everything ok

My magnetic switch/wiring is not working. The device itself is fine, but without a working magnetic switch it becomes rather useless for me. I sent an email to Awoco and I hope they can help me to fix the problem. I will revise my review if corrected. Otherwise it will be sent back as it does not serve its purpose. UPDATE: Excellent customer support. We wrote about the problem and found a solution within 24 hours. Easy to install and works as expected. Recommended for entrances to houses with…

Small, Quiet and Affordable

Used in a small commercial brewery across multiple outlets. I fitted dowels and rubber washers to the mufflers on the CMU block walls, used 110v on a 20 amp circuit for three entry doors, added door switch kits and was happy. Quiet, easy to use. Used 90 degree pigtails and balanced the rotors. Took 1 day to install 3 with surface mount conduit and grounded outlets on a dedicated circuit. Just in case we want to put the blocks on a timer and use them as white noise. Time will tell how well made,

Think carefully, it might not be worth it

I installed this air curtain over my back door that leads to the covered porch. I live in the Houston area and the summers are hot. At first I thought it was fantasy. I have found that the humidity and temperature in this room increases dramatically if the door is left open for a long period of time. I was still confident until I realized it more and more over time. I received my first electricity bill after receipt. It went up about $20 and the next one went up about $40. That's the biggest…

We expect fewer flies in the house.

When we grill or use a smoker, flies come onto the terrace in summer. When we have guests for a swim, the back door keeps opening and closing, giving those little bastards a way into my house. My underage children are the only non-rent paying toadies allowed to roam around here. So I was looking for a way to prevent uninvited guests. My choices seemed to be a penny in a water bag hanging over the door, a stink bag to lure them elsewhere, or an air curtain. My wife didn't like the water pouch as
