I can't fully insert the floor I've checked everything is correct but I'm not sure if it's the casters on the floor. I'll find out, hopefully I can get my son-in-law to watch it.

I only bought this one because it said NO assembly required. It arrived in a flat box and required complete assembly. I would choose cheaper options if I knew. Typical foreign cut, chipboard, cheap case.

We needed a filing cabinet in our home office so we wouldn't have to clutter our desks or hide things when guests came over. This cabinet is perfect and looks great. Really fits like a piece of furniture. It has wheels and is easy to move.

I would not recommend this filing cabinet. It hardly qualifies as a piece of furniture, more like a painted cardboard box. The interior is unfinished bare pressed wood. Extensive assembly is required as the device is supplied unassembled. The planks that make up this block are very thin, less than 0.5 inch.

As reported since 2018, specs that say no assembly is required are wrong. The set contains about 100 pieces, the project takes about 2 hours. Wouldn't have bought if I understood that as I wanted something ready made. Once assembled it looks good and works perfectly. But don't put up with misleading product information.

I really liked the look of this filing cabinet and ordered it based on the "no assembly required" info. I have ordered two. Index cards were delivered individually and disassembled. Em-mm! Ouch! Major assembly required. Two hours each. I contacted Revain to let them know they need to change the description. But the filing cabinets look very nice.

I am a former furniture assembler so have assembly experience. This article has a million details and I personally spent over 2 hours on it. The directions were pretty clear. It would have been a lot easier if Bush had shipped them with drawer slides already installed on their respective panels. Even if it means the item costs a few bucks more, I think it's worth it and there will be fewer returns/refunds.
