I love this dog crate. This is the perfect size for my standard poodle, he weighs about 50 pounds. This is a great accent in my family room, unlike other drawers which are an eyesore! My dog is not violent, it's perfect for him and he loves his new home. The only downside is that I wish the rattan was a little firmer on the outside to make it look more expensive. No big deal, just a thought. For the price it couldn't be better. I definitely recommend it

Unfortunately I bought two of these because they are so beautiful. Unfortunately they are completely useless as boxes as the gate is too fragile to accommodate a dog. Our dog weighs less than 50 pounds and is just about able to open the door. This cage's legs scratched my floor as we moved it back and forth to block the door. Assembly was straightforward but tedious as only a small tool had to be used. I do not recommend this item.

I really wanted a box that would not stand out and would not distract from our facility. Looks great! There's a small metal plaque with the brand's name on it - we wanted to try cutting it off, but after a week of living with it we don't even notice. Very easy to assemble. I was disappointed when I received this item as the dimensions are totally wrong and it had a strong chemical smell. An ad showing a photo of a golden retriever and a second dog to reflect size is VERY misleading. You can't put two dogs in this cage. I have an adult dog that is not very active so I close the gate to let him come and go and it never closes because he doesn't need it. It's about the same size as a regular pit bull and has plenty of room in a medium-sized cage. It's a good size for him and I wouldn't want to put a big dog in it.
