High quality and great job

I work at a garden center where I prune for at least a couple of hours each day. These are the perfect little secateurs for cutting small flowers or plants! Be careful, they are very sharp and can cut through skin (I speak from experience). I always recommend gloves. They are very comfortable to hold and are very easy to lock when closed. They even have a little rubber cap to protect you when you store them.

Rated F for customer service!

My new Fiskars micro tip pruning shears arrived on July 31st and on first use the spring fell out and got lost in the ground cover. I contacted Fiskars to request a spring replacement and received a reply on August 18th with a case number. But there is still no spring on September 6th. I tried to contact them again but to no avail. The phone number is not receiving calls or messages. I have been using Fiskars products for many years. No longer.

Perfect for deadheads! Saves from sick hands.

I walk around my flower garden most of the morning, checking for dead plants with my thumb and forefinger. That spring I noticed pain and tenderness in my thumb joints and wondered if I was irritating my arthritis with this repetition. On a whim I was looking for a pair of precision pruning shears and these are perfect! Small, light and perfect for dipping into flower clusters and dense branches. I use this tool solely for headache relief and my joint pain has been greatly reduced. Highly…

yes relatives! 😊 for scissors

love these. as paper players (collages etc.) they are excellent. We live in California where a certain 'other' population (they are advertised as gardening) introduced them to us in art and I will never go back to the standard X scissors. Aside from being fairly sharp and pointy (both are good in the scissors world), they use a squeezing motion to work, which is a vast improvement over the standard "scissors" normally required. especially for those with carpal tunnel/arthritis. glad someone…

Light precision shears

We use them for pruning and harvesting in our garden. Our biggest problem is that we only have one and we keep taking it away from us. Like any scissors or secateurs, sometimes when pruning plants they stick with sticky stems and need to be washed or cleaned with alcohol. So far they are working great and meeting our needs. Spring. I would use larger secateurs for anything big and woody.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • No power

A wonderful little tool for your garden and more

This is a very practical and useful tool, it is almost well-designed and practical. The safety stance is great, the blade is just perfect and the ability to get where no other could go is just the reason to repurchase this tool. Very sharp and if you are not careful it will hurt you. I would point my finger when I was distracted. However, there are some minor downsides. The shape of the handles is not ergonomic for my hands, so you can lose grip of the tool. Although not always considered, a…
