The listing says this mirror comes with five mounting pins so I went with this product. None of them were admitted. The rest of the product is ok.

Fits and mounts easily. There were some white plastic parts in the kit but I used the original parts. This mirror is not quite as flat as it should be, causing some distortion in the reflection. The heated mirror logo also does not correspond to the original.

This replacement mirror looks and feels good but I was unable to use it as it had no mounting bars. When my original mirror fell out of the case, it took three mounting bars with it. I ended up buying a brand new mirror assembly to fix my passenger mirror.

I will never buy a product from this manufacturer again. Judging by the previous comments (which I forgot to read before buying), the manufacturer had enough time to correct its shortcomings. There were only two mounting frames in the package. 3 fasteners are required for assembly. The quality of the two mounts was very poor. They break easily and don't hold up securely. The reason for the one star rating is that the quality of the mirror is okay.

Perfect replacement for my truck. Looks like OEM hardware. Be sure to clean and lubricate the plastic ball joints with silicone spray prior to assembly. The smooth locking mechanism reduces the risk of old plastic breaking. This mirror is difficult to install. I do not recommend removing motor driven ball joints unless they are broken (new ones are included). As another reviewer mentioned, it needed a glass and floor panel assembly due to an impact. If a person only needs glass and not a base plate and mounting hardware, then there are much cheaper options. I needed all those details, and I think anyone who needs a substrate with glass needs all those details. The left mirror for my super guilt was smashed by another truck which carefully removed the old glass and back plate. This should have been the perfect setup, but it only comes with 2 of 3 (or maybe 4, I can't remember) mounting clips that snap into holes on the case. after riding without a mirror for 2 weeks i was dying to install it and wasn't aware that ALL the holes need to be filled with a mounting clip.
