Proper installation instructions would be helpful. Product works as advertised but overpriced in my opinion. Also, I only needed 25 feet, so I rolled up a 25 foot spool and assembled it.

A quality camera is a waste of money

A camera sold with a backup system costs next to nothing. Judging by the GPS screen you'd expect a better picture, but it's so dark and grainy that the captured image is indistinguishable. If you can't trust him, why not?!

Pros
  • a practical item

It will take more time and effort, but it will be worth it.

This was just what I needed to place the transmitter in front of my camper van. This made my backup video much clearer and I no longer had wavy lines on the screen. It's worth a little extra time and money to make it.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Modern

This cable was perfect for placing the rear camera.

This cable was ideal for attaching a backup camera to the back of a 40ft toy dump truck and providing good reception at the front of the truck. It was a little longer than we needed, but was simple enough to assemble and install quickly and easily! Thank you!

  • Impressive

Works perfectly. - Car & Vehicle Electronics

Although listed for a Garmin 10 wireless backup camera, it works great with my Garmin Wireless 30 camera. I then decided to run a power wire to the fifth wheel electrical box to get power. I had several feet of wire to spare. As instructed, I connected the power wire to the reversing light wire in the junction box so the camera image would appear on my Garmin's screen when I put the car in reverse.

Now I can see behind me

This was the second cable we bought. The first was installed and someone bent the pins and they never turned on the rear camera. I discovered the issue while trying to figure out why a camera that Garmin had replaced due to an issue wouldn't turn on. It's been a constant problem, but now that we've bought a new cable and installed it ourselves, everything works as it should. Our RV is 39.4 feet long and there aren't many left. Now we are happy tourists. Be careful with the connectors, they are…

Did the job. No lost signal on rear camera.

We bought a Garmin RV760LMT and opted for a backup camera and wireless transmitter for an additional $50. Since our 5th bike is 36 feet long, I didn't want the transmitter to get in the way or fall out of reach on a tight turn, so this extension allowed me to mount the camera transmitter in the front storage area of the RV. , right outside the back door of the truck. It was pretty easy to route along the frame and tough hydraulic lines under the RV and secure them with zip ties as I walked…

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • I'll be silent

Bought this just in case I was installing a Garmin backup camera in my caravan. I was skeptical that the signal from the transmitter, which is installed in the closet at the back of our trailer and connected to the 12 volt circuit, would consistently reach the Garmin GPS on our tractor's dash given the trailer itself is 29 feet long is. long plus a good fraction of the length of the F150, which is our driving force. I didn't have to worry. The signal is fine and in fact strong enough for the…
