The formula has changed or the dealer is doing something. I have been using this product for ten years and in the last 4 months it has gone from a translucent color to this opaque thicker color and now my hair hurts. It's like putting alcohol on my hair, it tangles my hair so much. I am canceling my subscription and trying another distributor first. The company may have changed the product.

I love OGX shampoos. I usually use tea tree and mint, but thought it would be worth trying something new. The only thing I didn't like is that it's more like a clumpy gel while others I've used don't. Great price compared to buying in store and it was delivered the next day. Thank you Rewin!

I would NEVER buy this if I knew it contained DMDM Hydantoin. Hydantoin is NOT included in the ingredients list on enlarged images. There is currently a court case pending that this causes and causes hair loss because it is a shampoo preservative, but DMDM hydantoin is actually formaldehyde. Yes. Some chemicals preserve products like cosmetics and soaps, but I really try to avoid using preservatives of any kind, especially around my face. I'm just more frustrated that the list isn't consistent,

I like this shampoo. Look, I'm a 57-year-old guy with thick hair. Luxurious shiny beautiful hair. And I'm a bit vain (heh). I've tried about thirty different shampoos and conditioners in my life. I needed a shampoo that didn't dry out my hair. And help him stay strong. It is great! I researched Revain to find a shampoo like this but didn't want to spend too much. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this shampoo is! Especially for its price! It's just as good if not better than the more expensive shampoos I've tried in the past! I have been using this product for many years. Unfortunately the last order I received is a completely different product although the packaging looks the same. Color, texture and even smell are different. I have compared the bottles to my previous purchase and the ingredients are the same but the last purchase was made in Canada and my old bottles were made in the USA. I'm not sure if this matters or if ogx is just changing their product.
