Definitely easy to use, just plug in and Windows 7 or 10 will recognize the device. Insert a disc and try to work with it. I say try because I had very poor results. I was able to copy some files to my hard drive; However, I could only copy no more than half of the files from each drive. None of the discs could be copied 100%.
