Makes a working clock out of a wheel

We have a giant old wooden wheel about the size of me. My friend made a watch out of it, but the hands were weak and easily broken or bent. I have these as a spare and they look so good. I was impressed with how easy they were to install. I now have an amazing working watch that gets compliments every time someone sees it.

Pros
  • Equipment
Cons
  • Expensive

Only buy if nothing else is available

I like to start with the pros and then the cons. bends at the slightest touch (it's like some kind of cheap metal). Accuracy is slightly compromised - when a breeze blows, the minute hand moves accordingly. In general, I would advise buying it if there is absolutely nothing else.

Pros
  • Tools and household goods
Cons
  • Not everything fits

More art than a watch.

I don't know what other functional purpose a watch has if it's not doing its most important job. form), but loses 5-10 minutes per hour. The motor doesn't have enough torque to move the arms, even with new batteries. I would only recommend this to a friend who is regularly early or needs to slow down.

Pros
  • Watch hardware
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
