Not universal for all doors. If you have a big gap (which is why I buy it) the styrofoam is too small and the door itself just rolls over the foam.

Safely keeps the room cool (or warm). This door normally closes by itself (especially when the air conditioning is on) - that is no longer bothersome. Installation was easy, I had to measure and chip off some foam to get a perfect fit. The opening and closing of the door is not blocked by the device. Look neat and cozy with a wide range of colors to either match your floor or suit your taste.

I needed something under the door to reduce cigarette and "other" smoke coming into my apartment from neighbors and to quell my paranoia of imagining that bugs come into my apartment from the hallway. This product was pretty easy to install. After I trimmed it and positioned it correctly, it fit securely under the door. It looks neat and significantly reduces the penetration of outside odors. I can open and close the door with little resistance. I'm happy.

This part is designed for standard doors but the velcro placement is for extra wide doors. Tucking all 3 pieces of foam into the fabric is too long for the fabric. You can't fold it with Velcro, it's closed. After you cut it to the standard door width, the fabric has a large crease that doesn't even line up with the velcro. Okay, this thing is very, very mediocre. I give it three stars, I bought it a few months ago and although I still use it I don't think I would buy this particular item again. I have very little leakage through the door other than the bottom, but it still doesn't do wonders for the sound. However, it works "well enough" so I'm happy to use it until it breaks.
