Works perfectly! Best Point of Sale (POS) Equipment

Bought to replace wired equipment that is 17 years old. 4 stars for base feel of units; not necessarily cheap, but just a bit "plastic". I doubt they will last 17 years but they work great and are connected to a Win 10 system at our POS. You can't ask for more for a device under $30. Shipping and seller were great, so first win-win.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Expensive

Helps bring order to chaos

Maybe I'm a bit snobbish, but I prefer hard media (DVD and Blu-Ray) to digital media, but I like reliability and I'm not at my best and spoilage dependent on the whims of a content provider. So I have a big collection. and terrible memory. so I needed a database; and what better tool to input all that data than a wireless barcode scanner? Installation is a driverless breeze, turning days or weeks of manual input into a job that took just a few hours. It's lightweight and easy to use.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

works fine but not quite what I expected

didn't help much with the installation and setup but mine worked pretty basic. only gave it 3 stars because the scanner works well once you get used to it, but it wasn't as helpful as I was hoping. I have hundreds of books, dvds, cds and the like and was hoping I could use this to scan ISBNs or whatever and keep track of what I sign up so I can sell or donate those items to help clear up the clutter to get rid of. . However, it takes additional time and money to find databases that link…

cheap price and works well

I'm very wary of a cheaper item because in my experience it doesn't work well, but since this product offers free returns and a one-year warranty, I decided to try it . I have a retail delivery business so we scan barcodes for shipping labels on boxes that customers bring throughout the day. Sometimes customer's label is blurred or covered with clear tape, so we don't always work with perfect barcode and scanner operation. is to be able to read the barcode and not struggle with barcodes that…

Nice device but not easy to use.

I have several collections that I want to catalog and I bought this device to be able to read and write UPC codes. In that sense, figuring out what to do works well. First, you need to keep the code booklet that came with the device. These codes tell the device what to do. The device is paired with a computer via Bluetooth. Figuring out WHAT to do is harder than figuring out HOW to do it. Instructions are minimal and you may have to head to YouTube or elsewhere on the web to figure out what to…
