Our business uses better bounces for reporting and monitoring purposes but we also use it as an outbound service for newsletters and promotions. There is so much you can do with this package. For instance, they do it all from their office in Germany. You don't have to deal with localisation issues; which really helps! The fact that we can see what is going wrong with our emails really helps me as an admin when I have questions about something like this! It’s helped us improve by seeing where things are not working correctly or why someone has bounced back from my list so quickly - it's great for troubleshooting issues in real time rather than waiting until after they've left your domain!! I like that it is easy for me as an admin of my domain to use this service without having too many other tools or programs installed in our server so we can keep things simple with less moving parts! The team at BB is always working to make sure that our bounces are well looked after but have never said no when it comes to doing so! I've been using the service for over three years now as an admin of one of their clients and they're great - very quick with responses and fixes most issues quickly (at least quicker than some other providers).
