Replace. Although the station worked as it should, and worked flawlessly for two years, it had to be replaced. I bought a hub to connect my station. Viewing angle of the display is not very good. The 5 in 1 sensor never worked properly and has been trying to fix the problem since August 2018. Chat agents (the only way to communicate) are trying to figure out how fast they can move on, rather than actually helping. Once they get confused, which is common, they interrupt you and you're back on hold for another 30 minutes. I bought this for my husband for Christmas. Almost exactly a month later, none of the external sensors were working. I brought it in twice and it started working again. The first time we changed the batteries, changed the channel and reset, but it didn't work. After a week at the dinner table, it suddenly worked again. Like it BUT BUYERS BEWARE. The AcuRite Pro Color Weather Station is a simple yet full-featured home weather station that tells you everything you need to know about local weather. It's also fairly accurate, but there are a few issues directly related to the design itself that can cause problems. In this version, all components, temperature/humidity sensor, anemometer and rain gauge are combined in one unit. This makes it very easy to install and configure. The problem is that in order to get an
