Works perfectly! suitable for electric door lock

saw the video on youtube and was able to install it in the door myself! It's pretty easy if you follow the instructions well. Saved me a lot of money, thank you!

Pros
  • excellent design
Cons
  • volume

Works on a 2002 Honda Civic

This actuator fits my 2002 Honda Civic sedan perfectly. The original lock actuator failed and stopped automatically opening the doors and pushing the unlock button up and that fixed the problem!

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Died after 4 years in electric door lock

now i have to remove all the soundproofing i did on the door panel and replace this piece of crap because it no longer works. Stay away from this product if you don't like the installation process and want to repeat it.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • repair

Breaks like clockwork every year

Original bought in 2017. Almost exactly a year later it failed and the seller agreed to replace it under warranty. It's 2019 now and again, about a year after it was new, it's failed again. The passenger side works perfectly and the driver side works like clockwork.

Pros
  • Chic design
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Only one edition. on Electric Door Lock

Required PITA installation but once installed it worked perfectly with the keyless remote. The reason for the three stars is that ONLY the keyless remote works. I can no longer use the key itself to open the door unless I disconnect the battery. If I ever service a car, I can't just give the valet the key anymore. Again, this was a PITA to install, so I'm not willing to replace it with another one. for now.

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Operating Speed

I replaced all the actuators on my sons in 1999 acura tl. For some reason, after two days, the passenger drive on the driver's side stopped working. I don't know why, but the rest works fine. I would give five stars if this one didn't stop working. I missed the opportunity to return it because my son lives in another city and I didn't have time to pick him up. So I will order a unit and just replace it when I can.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Something else

So far so good ======= My FOB master key did not open or close the door locked. (See Jim the Car Guy's YouTube video for installation). I replaced the driver's door assembly as shown in the picture above. It now controls the driver's door remotely when needed. I'm still having additional issues, but the driver's door works "OK". This unit is for a 2005 Honda CRV that was built in the UK (not Japan) - double check! Difficult job for most but it can be done with patience and watching the video.

Pros
  • is a great product
Cons
  • Quality

Fits both front and rear driver's side of a 2003 UK CR-V

This part was used to replace a faulty servo motor on the driver's side of a 2003 UK CR-V. A minor modification was required to remove some of the plastic on the lock actuator and the lock mechanism to which it is bolted. If only one electrical connector is used, cover the unused connector with tape. I also used the same part to replace the front driver's drivetrain. In this case both electrical connectors were used and no modifications were required. You might want to buy a Revain Honda door…

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Drill kit
