Fits in a Land's End lunch box with space!

I can easily fit a sandwich (crust cut), a cheese stick cut in half and a variety of fruits and vegetables for my kids. They don't have long lunch breaks, so it's important to me that they can open their lunch quickly without fiddling with a bunch of containers. Sometimes I put ranch in it and it never leaks. I put a picture of the baking soda (I didn't have a milk carton handy) in the Lane's End lunch box to show there's room for a milk carton. The only problem was finding cute lunch boxes to…

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Definitely not sealed

It leaked twice in just two weeks, my toddler used it. So rude and disappointing. I had to remove the applesauce from the bottom of my backpack. It still closes/latches, but if it's not fully closed it will leak. Unless your child has OCD, this isn't the lunch box for you. You can't just close it and move on. It requires precision and strength to slide into place. Not very child friendly. The compartments are so small that there is no way it would work (has the ability to fill an older child's…

5 star customer service and great lunch boxes

Very nice colours, we have pink and my daughter loves it. We had a bengo box last year that broke after constant use so we bought this. After we received it I found out they offer a 2 year guarantee and called to see if the ones we broke (the plastic part holding the latch to stay closed) , covered by warranty. After a lighthearted chat with a support rep, I have a new one on the way. 5 stars overall for excellent and easy customer service and the product itself is great for my daughter's…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Some little things

I recommend this box to everyone. The portion sizes are just right, allowing you to send your kids a varied lunch with no waste. The colors of the Bentgo Brights are pretty too - exactly the same size and shape as the original purple box we bought. We have never had a leakage problem in the 1+ years my first grader/kindergarten kid has been using this. Fits nicely (a little tight but works great) in your kid's lunch bag at the pottery shed. Also, we had an issue with one of the latches wearing…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Available in white only

The locking clip broke after 3 weeks of use.

UPDATE NEXT PROBLEM: 01/11/19: The company replied to my email and sent me a new Bentgo free of charge after showing proof of payment. It has worked well for five months of non-stop daily use, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars again. UPDATE: Very unhappy to report that in 12 days of use one of the tabs that connect the clips to create a tight closure for this box has already broken completely leaving only one clip working to close it. I am very disappointed as it seemed to be a wonderful…

I love this box! suitable for children's furniture, decoration and storage

Love this box! My 6 year old has an extreme food aversion so I knew I had to pack his lunch every day except for pizza day and pancake day. That's an average of 4/5 days a week. I needed something that would give him multiple choices to encourage him to try something new. There's also enough groceries where he still has the things he normally eats so he doesn't go hungry. That was it! Another item on my list was a container that was easy to open and no individual containers just one box and…

Our daughter loves this lunch box!

After a week of preschool classes I decided my almost 3 year old needed a bento box. She's used to having separate plates for each meal, and I didn't want her having to use lunch to open a bunch of bags and containers at lunchtime every day. I narrowed my choices between some of the leading brands of this type of lunch box and settled on Bentgo Kids. This lunch box is adorable and perfect for little hands. My daughter, who is very picky about when and what she eats, can't wait to take her new…

Great product with a few annoying flaws

I first bought one of these lunch boxes almost five years ago and had great results straight away. My son used it every day of school from the age of 14 months to 4 years. As he was expected to carry, open, close and store his own lunch, the box had many adventures. My 2nd son also used it until we decided to scrap it and buy a new one. I've tried other lunch boxes with poor results. This is the only one that can withstand daily abuse. It rarely leaks (although I've never tempted fate by…
