Clean the Kcup sensor and it works fine

I got it 2 months ago for my wife to use at work and it works fine. It's little used so we don't need an internal tank like other Kcup machines that can go moldy if left unused for a long time. I read some reviews saying this pot doesn't work and you have to press the brew button multiple times to get a cup, but it was cheap enough so I ordered it anyway. About a month later my wife tells me the same story and thinks she's broken. According to the manual, the Kcup sensor must be cleaned in this

Bought two of these. Both refused the same. Do Not Buy

Update July 2018 Do not buy this item. It failed just like the first one, it just took a few more months. So I'm on my second of these after the first took about two weeks before it broke. One morning it just started turning itself off every time the button was pressed. He just decided he'd had enough and didn't want to brew no mo. I give the replacement a chance in the big leagues, so the 4 days work for now. I really liked the car, even though it's so SLOW. Pros: Makes a very hot cup of…

Coffee Pot Received on August 3rd. Used for exactly (5) days at a maximum of (2) cups per day. Today, August 11, the pot stopped working. I pushed the button and the light just blinked. I googled, checked the reviews and found that "press and hold the brew button for 3 seconds" doesn't work for me. "Unplug for 30 seconds, then plug in, hold the brew button for 3 seconds." Didn't work for me. "Clean the top and bottom needles with a paperclip and water." It didn't work in my case. "Tap the float

Ideal for ground coffee and pads.

I bought this when my trusty old Keurig finally died. I take special care of my coffee and usually use freshly ground beans with a strainer and jug. But I've used a Keurig pod on occasion when I just wanted a little bit and didn't want to make a big product out of it. I bought the Hamilton Beach unit as a replacement because it was about $20 cheaper than the base Keurig. It worked great with Keurig pods, although I did notice that after every second or third cup, the vent hole in the bottom of…

A faulty latch caused an explosion during use

Well I bought this because I thought the idea of switching between K-cups for baby's hot cocoa and a reusable basket for my coffee grounds would be a big plus would be the old scoop coffee maker I used to have. Pros: It's pretty easy to use once you do it a few times. My coffee tasted great and the temperature was very, very hot. It also doesn't take long to brew a single serving or a 14-ounce serving. There is a viewing window on the side through which you can see how much water is in the…
