Review on Metro Monitor by John Brazington

This tool is very useful especially when it comes time of PR crisis management! It's great that we can monitor everything from social networking sites like Facebook Live or Twitter right down into our clients' website where they have live chat available - which saves so much precious minutes in responding directly rather than waiting around at their office with an answering machine whilst your client waits (and sometimes even then!). I also really appreciate being able to see what my competitors are up too as this makes working together/competing against other companies easier since there isn't any back-stabbing etc going about because everyone knows whats happening next door / across town!! Highly recommended if used correctly. Nothing but problems once again using something new without having worked out how best use them first hand before signing off & paying money over. !
