I wouldn't cut bread with cutlery and knife accessories

Large handle, hands slide down to blade. The blades are dull to the point of impossibility, they won't even scratch the crust of bread. Two of us tried this knife; vain. I pulled out my 40 year old GE electric knife and it quickly cut through the crust and those blades were never sharpened.

I wish I had known that a long time ago.

I received this during quarantine because Whole Foods butchers are not cutting my meat to specification. Works very well for cutting meat. The only criticism is that the engine warms up quite quickly. I've only had it for a few weeks but I'm hoping it lasts a while and if it doesn't work I know I'll buy it again.

    Built for big, strong hands

This electric carving knife works flawlessly. Storage case and cutting fork are great features. However, the handle is very thick, making it difficult to hold the handle while pressing the safety button and power button. I take a large glove but the grip still seems too big and clunky to me. A person with small hands or people with arthritis may not be able to use this product.

    • High test scores for grip and durability

    • Poorly thought out

Do not do this!: Kitchen & Dining

I have never written a review before but after using this "butter knife" I must warn others not to buy it. It's better to cut Christmas ham with a spoon than fight with this knife. Food gets stuck between the blades and completely neutralizes the mechanics of the electric knife. Stopped and cleaned the food blades a few times before becoming disgusted with the product. This is sent back with a piece of coal.

Sticks and blades keep falling apart

I hated this knife. I was looking for a new electric Easter ham slicer. I wanted to use it quickly and easily. No! It has two blades that separate easily and a slice of ham gets stuck in between which makes me stop, take the blades out, unclog the ham, put the blades back in, keep slicing, unclog and off to start in front. I have used electric knives in the past so this is not a new experience for me. I was very disappointed with this. I think if you buy cheap, you get cheap. I'm sure it would…

Do yourself a big favor. Buy a different model.

Use in the home kitchen. Bought after last Christmas. Not until this Thanksgiving. I would come back but too much time has passed. Problems: too heavy. Despite the fact that I have strong, large hands, it is very difficult to hold the tool, pull and pull the trigger when lifting and cutting. The blades are too weak and try to bend. It doesn't have a trigger lock, making it even more difficult to use. The blades constantly collect meat between them, which leads to a slowdown in work and jamming…

    Heavy, difficult to maneuver

Very heavy, awkward to use and handle, my hands aren't big enough to simultaneously press the center button and constantly slide the slide switch to the knife control position. not close enough together to get a clean cut on everything I was trying to cut. I couldn't even cut the rib without a few tries. I ordered a Chefman knife as shown in my order inventory but it was the Chefman brand, the brand name on the box was NOT Chefman - although I didn't save the box, the brand name on the box…

    Good quality electric knife

Originally bought another brand but couldn't find it. This other brand was unreliable at best and bothered my husband who has never used a power knife. Came back and found this brand after searching several brands. Arrived as promised, neatly packaged in a plastic box for you to keep a knife and carving fork. The blades and handle are stronger than the previous purchase. It worked like magic and after a few swipes down my husband felt good about it. Washed two linked knives and wiped the block.

DO NOT BUY!: Cutlery & Knife Accessories

I purchased this knife in July 2019 after my 30 year old Sunbeam electric knife finally stopped working. I've used it on many occasions, mainly on vacation, and I'm still very disappointed in using it! It has a long handle, but it tapers towards the controls, keeping your hand at the front of the handle when operating. Your hand then slides further forward and touches the blade release button, especially if your hands get a little slippery when touching the meat you're slicing! IT'S VERY…
