Connect Mobile is a must have for every hotel!

It's easy to use for both guests and employees, plus it allows us to keep up-to-date with our guest information without having to constantly go into the main system. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes you have to refresh your page in order to see changes made by others, but this has been fixed since they updated the software! We've had great success using Connect Mobile as an additional tool to improve customer service. Our staff can now easily check if guests are still at home or not

Connect Mobile - Great Platform To Use For Business

The fact that you can use this app for your business is amazing as well as it's features in connecting guests to events within an instant. I am very satisfied about our implementation using connectmobile because we are giving great services to many customers at one time. My experience till date has been fruitful but there might be some improvements or changes which could make me better if any! It’s easy to add people without delay and get all information at once.
