A comprehensive vehicle management package that will allow you to track your vehicles, manage your finances and generate reports.

Not bad. Needs a bit of work. For instance, if you're an insurance agent and want to create a new policy, it asks for customer details (name, address etc) which would normally be collected via a phonecall, instead of collecting these details directly from the client. Also the system requires you to enter in your personal details before allowing you to logon to the website, which may put off potential clients.   • Can track a customers history of repairs, including the cost of those repairs
  • Allows you to manage the maintenance schedule for each vehicle, providing a breakdown of when scheduled service work will be carried out.
  • Has features that allow you to view the current fuel efficiency, MPG etc for each car/van/truck/trailer/SUV that you own

  • Requires manual entry of the start date and finish date of every service, and that dates are limited to 1

The best dealership experience ever.

This was the best dealership experience ever. It was the easiest car buying experience i have had in my entire life. They went above and beyond for us. All of our needs were addressed and even though i didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here, it was a pleasure doing business with them. The most amazing thing they did for us was when I signed up for financing, they gave me a free rental truck while my credit was checked because my lease ended during this time. Finance Express is a web based application designed to assist dealerships in managing their business.

When dealing with the finance industry one must remember that most people are either A) a jerk B) a moron or C) both. It has taken me a long time to figure this out but now I see the obvious and even get some respect for people who fit into categories A and B. Finance Express does all three so well. The initial interaction with them was great, very responsive, friendly and understanding. They were willing to make suggestions when I asked for them and then followed through on those suggestions…

  • Data collection was easy and quick because the information is stored right away.
  • Easy access to data via multiple sources, especially the web and excel file import/export capability.
Cons
  • One may be surprised at the amount of reporting options available in the program
  • Reports do not always display correctly due to formatting issues
