Simply the best

I trust this cleaner for all my brushes, as does every artist I know. Art is expensive, and caring for it properly protects and enhances that investment. This cleaner pulled some of my previously "ruined" brushes off the edge. I had a purple colored brush for about 2 years. Every time I used and washed it the fresh color came out and the purple stayed. As soon as I started washing it with this brush cleaner the purple started to run off. After a good 10 minutes of shaking and rinsing, my brush…

Pros
  • Cleans and protects brushes
Cons
  • Crumples

oooh That's it.

Honestly. I would give this place more than a pathetic five stars. This is by far the best brush cleaner I have ever used. I had to take before and after photos, but I was so excited to try it out (after seeing other great reviews) that I went straight to the sink with my load of brushes. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It's a wonderful fresh lemon scent, not unlike kitchen soap. I love this scent, it's so clean! ;D So, on the way to work, I got down to work on one of my worst brushes,

Pros
  • Clean fresh smell
Cons
  • Fading

Expensive brushes. Low-odour, easy to transport and extremely temperature-resistant for outdoor use. Much better than detergents or solvents. I've had some trouble cleaning acrylics and oils from bristle brushes, and kept trying to use solvents to rinse them out and regain some softness after the acrylic dried. This treatment was harder on the brushes than leaving them wet. Like using an astringent on my unconditioned hair, it got frizzy and rough. This cleaner has restored the softness to most

Pros
  • Plastic can contains 1 oz / 28.3 grams
Cons
  • Available in white only
