Super cheap and works great

Super cheap and works great. I use them in a Christmas display with thousands of LED lights. These small radios transmit the signal quickly and precisely.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable

Awesome little transceivers!

I found it very easy to work with with the RF24 library and the sample code for that library. I had no problems, the communication was stronger than I expected and easily broke through a few walls in my house. The only issue I had was a little heat sensitivity when I was melting the solder to remove the pins and resolder the wires to the board. I managed to fry one of them by touching a component very close to the contacts with the iron.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Everything is great

These are amazing little boards and cost next to nothing. Box, 2 before etc.: 1 23 45 67 8 functions as follows: 1: ground 2: Vcc (3.3V) 3: CE (chip enable) 4: CSN (chip select not enabled) Active low level - Chip select function SPI5: SCLK (clock) - SPI clock Function6: MOSI (master output - slave input) - SPI data7: MISO (master input - slave output) - SPI data8: IRQ (interrupt) - optional, but goes low to indicate data has arrived, an error has occurred, or the write buffer is full. They…

Limited Band - Computers and Accessories

Makerfire 10pcs Arduino NRF24L01+ 2.4GHz sold by MakerFocus. I tested all ten devices, one of which did not provide reliable communication at a distance of less than 5 feet. Another intermittent 16 feet over a wall. Everything else worked reliably up to 16 feet, including a wall. The range could be longer, but then I had more walls. I set the performance to maximum and used the slowest baud rate of 250 kbps. As test code I used https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=421081.0. Eight out of 10…

Pros
  • ★nRF24L01 is a one-chip radio transceiver for the international ISM band 2.4-2.5 GHz. Compatible with Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
Cons
  • Doubtful

Excellent product, suitable for network products

Excellent wireless product! Inexpensive, handles data well, also fast. I use them as a sensor transmitter and receiver. The range with the built-in antenna didn't convince me at first, but this can easily be repaired with any number of kitchen utensils that serve as a parabolic antenna (choose one in the shape of a parabolic antenna). A simple 7 inch aluminum mesh filter ($1.50) with an nrf24 antenna in focus will increase the range by more than 10 times! The only thing that could have been…

Pros
  • ★ Auto-acknowledge and auto-retransmit function
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

It costs almost nothing. The pinout is as follows (pin1 is square outlined, pin 2 opposite, etc.: 1 23 45 67 8 Works as follows: 1: Ground2: Vcc (3.3V) 3: CE (chip on) 4 : CSN ( chip select inactive, low) - chip select function SPI5: SCLK (clock) - timing function SPI6: MOSI (master output, slave input) - SPI7 data: MISO (master output, slave input) - SPI8- Data: IRQ (Interrupt) - Optional, but goes low to indicate data has arrived, an error has occurred, or the write buffer is full. These work…
