I love how easy it is to use, the flexibility in terms of the different templates that are available, and how quickly you can get up and running with a new template. The user friendly features, simple access from anywhere within your organization that allows you easy creation/edit with no technical knowledge required plus it's an all in one email marketing tool which makes life easier! There are several options available but I believe there should be more templates as we can customize them better than any other webmail tools out here like outlook or GMAIL etc., Also not sure what version they support so maybe upgrade now instead waiting till end if issues…
