The ease of using this product is amazing! It has helped us be more efficient in our day to day work life as well as being able to communicate better internally within our department. I have not found anything about it which would dislike at all. We are still learning how best utilize its capabilities but so far we love what we see from it. I like how we were able see our plan in action as well have it tracked through time from start of process until end goal is met or not achieved! It was difficult for us at first getting used too but now its no longer an issue once everyone gets familiarized w/it!! There are things i do wish would be better such as being more customizable (like having different colors) however if this helps get people excited about using then thats all there really should need!
