The team at NESS is incredibly knowledgeable about our business needs as well as having incredible customer service skills! They are attentive to detail but have flexibility when it comes time for us do implement solutions that we didn't anticipate or want exactly how they came up initially - so no complaints there either :) I would say this could be an issue if you're looking specifically into hiring someone who knows your industry inside-out (think SOWs/RFP's) vs just needing help getting…

In simple words - great tools for UX testing of mobile apps! They provide all necessary features to do an effective A/B testings without any manual work required at client side. The pricing could be improved if they have some more options as it is bit costly compared other products like Optimizely or UserTesting (which are also good). However when you go through there product documentation very clearly then your problem will get solved easily after going thorough that doc first time itself!! If

I liked that they were able to quickly build out our website from scratch which is something we couldn’t do ourselves due to lack of resources (and time!). They also helped us come up with an end-to-end solution for customer onboarding including designing custom forms/flows as well helping create new marketing assets such as emails. The dashboard could be more intuitive when it comes to editing pages - sometimes would have issues clicking things but this was probably my own inexperience…
