The best part is that it allows me to keep track of my employees moods for any given day or week so I can make sure they are happy with how things go at work. It also helps me understand what's going on inside our office when there isn't anyone around. Sometimes you'll get an alert saying "no one here" but you know someone was just outside your door listening.
