Quality box: toy

wooden box, very good quality. I put some little hexagonal robotic bugs in the box and the cats love catching them. He was bored with the balls coming into the box, but the moving six-sided bugs took him to a new level.

Pros
  • easy installation
Cons
  • nothing

Excellent quality - cats

The wooden box seems to be heavier than I expected. The quality is better than it looks in the pictures. I'm sure it will take a long time. It's a bit expensive for just a box with holes. But my cats love them. I sometimes use this box as a feeder. Cats have fun and get treats.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

I recommend reading the reviews before deciding on two.

I recommend reading the reviews before deciding on two sizes. I love this concept and my cats seem momentarily fascinated by it. Although I would like a bigger box. It's well made but a bit small. You can put cat treats or toys in there.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Minor issues

The cat equivalent of a rattle thrown on the floor

My 6 month old kitten loves this toy. It's well made from varnished wood, the top doesn't come off and unlike cardboard it doesn't fall apart when chewed on. My problem is that he can push out the included balls very easily. So maybe he plays a minute and then I have to return the balls and change them. Again and again and again. Like a child throwing toys on the floor.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Price

My kittens love it!

Our two kittens live indoors and outdoors. These were feral kittens that we raised and socialized and they mostly enjoy the outdoors but really like their peek and play toy box. Every day I make sure it's filled with toys, and every morning I find toys scattered throughout the house. Just as they like to hunt outside, they like to take toys with them and play with them indoors. The wood is hard and attractive; it is built to last.

Pros
  • Hard wearing surface
Cons
  • Some problems

Too small for my adult kittens

My cats have a cardboard version of this toy which they love so I decided to invest in a more durable version as my Maine Coon loves to sleep on the toy, after it has been used. conquered her. Unfortunately this toy is too small for my adult cats and they get bored easily. Maybe good for kittens but the version I got didn't work for me. When ordering it was not possible to order a size, so I may have received a small version. Great construction and nice toy - just too small.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Volume

THE BALLS ARE TOO SMALL! on crampons

balls TOO SMALL! per box so the cats lost them after about 2 hours (after I kept taking them away from them and putting them back in the box. (Ideas to give them something to play with on their own.) They love balls, got them out easily and carried them away to play with and they should be under the furniture somewhere. Why make the balls SO SMALL?! Now I have to make mine WHEN I HAVE TIME! Luckily I crochet but now it fits Toys there untouched "I wouldn't give stars for the holes on the side…

What to do with a bored Maine Coon?

You give him this box and a Hexbug mouse and get ready to have some fun :) My almost 4 year old Maine Coon gets bored easily with cat toys. I rotate him as often as I can, but his favorite is a long tie, which he likes to play ball in. When I can't be around to play apps, he needs to be entertained in the few hours he's awake, or he's bullying his older sisters, who clearly aren't amused by his precocious development. This is his toy! It's strong enough for his 25kg self to step on and push…

Pros
  • Works with almost any size toy or catnip
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for senior

Some cats will love this. some cats don't.

I seem to realize that I'm not a 'smart cat'. One of my two cats is only marginally good at puzzle toys, and the other cat is quite a goof. (Earlier cats in my life tended to be smarter, if nervous.) The toy is well made and heavy enough for cats to move about without lugging it around the house. Beginning with balls and some other small toys (stuffed mouse, ping-pong balls, etc.), cats were initially attracted. but that passed quickly. After a while I unloaded some toys, just left a few balls…

Pros
  • Rotate toys for extra fun
Cons
  • Insecure
