Easy and fairly priced solution if wanting an SMS notification system

I like how easy it was to set up, as well as using their customer service team for any questions or concerns you may have about your account/system! The fact they offer multiple plans makes choosing one very difficult!! We use this product in conjunction with other products we are also working through our website platform (website builder). It's not ideal but does work just fine when used together. This software allows us to send out mass notifications via text message within seconds of certain

  • Very user friendly system that is pretty straightforward once all steps taken properly which saves time instead if having lengthy training sessions required before being able utilize fully functional services offered by swift 911

Great app with tons and TONS OF room development potential

I like how it can be used for multiple things, such as emergencies or even just keeping in touch within your organization! It's very easy to use once you get familiarized but if something goes wrong there isn't much support from swift 911 (even though they have great customer service). The software has been updated so many times since we first got switched over which makes troubleshooting sometimes difficult when trying solve issues/problems after hours of working through them ourselves at work
