The coins that you can mine here are Ethereum, Zec, Etc, XMR, SC, PASC, grin and ETN. The fees payable is ranging from 1 to 2 percent depending on the coin you are mining. The payout is always done whenever your mining reach the minimum threshold for payout. For example it is 0.05 for ethereum, 0.1 for ETC, 100 for ETN etc.  Pay per last N share is the  billing system. They share transactions fee with miners.
