NanoPool
nanopool is a pool for mine cryptocurrencies. The pool supports several famous crypto, including ethereum, ethereum classic, zcash and monero. The pool fee is 1% for the currencies I mentioned, but higher for other crypto such as Pasc. The fee for this currency is 2%.
You can easily download mining nanopool software from GitHub and pay for the desired currency mine.

- Different pools in different locations such as Europe, America, Asia, Japan and Australia where miners can easily connect to the nearest pool in terms of location to get better performance with lower ping.
Cons
- Higher fees for some cryptos
