Bitcoin in Africa specifically here in Nigeria did not get recognition until early 2013-14, since the inception of the decentralized currency in 2009 alot have been going on about the new crypto since it was a pioneering currency it acceptance by most Nigerians was actually a topic to deliberate on,when I personally, for the first time saw an article about Bitcoin on a Facebook page around 2015 I did not bother to go through the article I wasn't curious about it some months went by I heard my friends taking about decentralized currency using some terms like crypto, Bitcoin and blockchain, transaction in few seconds. It was from that moment I decided to do some research about Bitcoin had to know when it was initially released knew some interesting stuff about Bitcoin and mining pools.
