The project is a bit risky.
I accidentally bought some CHAT a few days ago, when I was researching the ChatCoin project I could not find any platform or any official website of the project.
I wonder how it is possible that the project has no functional product then how Huobi Global, and the OKEX exchanges are CHAT active trading at such a high volume.

CHAT is currently trading at 00 0.001366 and the exchanges have good volume, which is very unusual, I would urge everyone to stay away from ChatCoin unless you are sure the project is still active.

Overall, In my personal opinion, I am calling ChatCoin a closed project.

- There is currently no working product, so there is nothing to mention in the project.
Cons
- ChatCoin's domain will be sold as you can see in the added photo.
- I think fake trading is going on in the markets.
- There is no information about ChatCoin on social media.
