Firstly, I want to say that Cortex announce the launch of its MainNet and the creation of its Genesis Block Arnold and It means that the project moving forward and have 
real opportunity to get a niche with this great idea. Twitter, FB, medium constantly updated
 and I see that the team is interested in developing. 
At this moment I want to update my rating from 4 to 5 because I see for work of developers.

Pros

- Good whitepaper. I readed it first and I absolutely understood the concept of this project. - Cool/famous partners and investors. - Cortex virtual machine. Cortex has its own Virtual Machine, called the Cortex Virtual Machine (CVM). The CVM instruction set is fully EVM compatible and has support for inference instructions. - Smart AI Contract.
